Data and security
Where your data lives and who can reach it.
Tenancy
Every tenant table is scoped to an organization and protected by row-level security in the database, not only in application code. Members see their own workspace and nothing else. Stored audio is keyed by organization and user, and ownership is verified before any download or upload is signed.
Access tokens
API keys for the MCP server are scoped. A key can be allowed to list meetings without being able to read transcripts, and keys can be revoked at any time from settings.
Backups
The database is backed up nightly to encrypted off-site storage.
Your data
You can export your account data or delete your account from settings. Deletion removes your meetings, recordings, and transcripts.
