Sharing meetings
Public links versus granting a teammate real access.
Share links
A share link produces a public, read-only page for the meeting: summary, key points, decisions, action items, transcript, and any distilled specs. It is server-rendered, so it loads fast and previews properly with a generated image when pasted into Slack, Linear, or a PR description.
Heads up
Anyone with the link can open it. Do not share a meeting containing anything you would not put in a public document.
Sharing to a teammate
Sharing to a user is different: it grants a specific person access to the full meeting through an invite-and-accept flow with an email notification. Use this when someone needs to work with the meeting rather than read it.
Downloads
The original recording and the transcript can both be downloaded from the meeting page. Transcript exports include speaker labels when the meeting was processed with speaker detection.
