Plans and limits
What is free, what is gated, and where the limits sit.
Reverbic is priced per workspace, not per seat. Team plans include up to twenty members at one flat price, so growing the team does not change the bill.
Tiers
- Free
- $0, forever, no card required. 5 hours of transcription, 500 MB of storage, one member. Includes recording, summaries, Task Distiller, Context Packs, and Atmos at 3 generation runs per day.
- Team
- $29/month, or $19/month billed annually. Unlimited transcription, 50 GB of storage, up to 20 members, 25 Atmos runs per day, plus the gated features below.
- Enterprise
- Custom. Everything in Team with no member cap, admin controls, org-wide policies, unlimited Atmos runs, and dedicated support.
Note
Team pricing is per workspace. Going from three people to fifteen does not change the price — only crossing twenty members moves you to Enterprise.

Note
Atmos itself is on every plan, including Free. Only code generation runs are capped — recording and the live board are unlimited everywhere.
