Every processed meeting yields action items and decisions alongside the summary. They are extracted from the transcript rather than typed by hand, which means the record exists whether or not someone remembered to write it down.
Decision tracking
Decisions roll up across every meeting in your organization, so the answer to “didn't we already settle this?” is a search rather than an archaeology project. Full decision tracking is a Team plan feature; free workspaces see recent decisions on the dashboard.
Action items
Action items are extracted with their owner where the conversation made it clear, tracked to completion, and roll up across meetings. They are available on mobile and through the MCP server.
Getting at them programmatically
The MCP server exposes list_action_items and list_decisions, so an agent can pull them into a working session without anyone pasting.
