Importing recordings and transcripts

Audio and video files

Meetings → Upload accepts recordings you made elsewhere. The file runs through the same pipeline as a live recording: split, transcribe, summarize. Add transcription hints before uploading if the conversation is full of names or jargon.

Existing transcripts

If you already have a transcript — from Zoom, from another notetaker, or from a Slack thread you want treated as a meeting — paste it in as text. Reverbic skips transcription and goes straight to summarizing and distilling. Text-only meetings work everywhere a recorded meeting does, including the Task Distiller and Atmos.

Loom

Loom recordings can be imported by URL and are processed the same way as an uploaded file.

Connect Zoom and cloud recordings import themselves when they finish. See the Zoom integration doc.

Transcription hints

The upload screen has a hints box for domain vocabulary. Anything you put there is used to prime transcription, which is the difference between “pgvector” and “PG factor”. If the meeting is bound to a Context Pack, its key terms are used automatically and you can leave the box empty.
