Meeting Coach
Team planFeedback on how you ran the meeting, not just what was said.
Meeting Coach looks at how your meetings run rather than what was said in them, and tracks the trend across meetings so you can see whether things are improving.
What it measures
- Speaking pace
- Words per minute across the transcript, flagged when it is fast enough to hurt clarity or slow enough to suggest long pauses or audio problems.
- Meeting length
- Duration trends over time.
- Sentence structure
- Sentence and word counts as a rough readability signal for how the discussion was delivered.
- Follow-through
- Whether the action items your meetings generate actually get closed.
Note
Coach does not measure talk ratio or filler words today. It works from the transcript as a whole rather than per-speaker — for per-speaker attribution, run advanced processing on the meeting first.
Coach is available on Team plans and above, from the Coach section in the app.
