Inviting people

Team → Invite sends an email invitation. Team plans include up to twenty members at one flat price — there are no per-seat fees, so adding a teammate does not change your bill.

What is shared

• ·Context Packs can be shared organization-wide so everyone distills against the same conventions
• ·Meetings are private to their owner unless shared explicitly
• ·Action items and decisions roll up across the organization on the dashboard and through MCP

Sharing a single meeting

Two options, and they are different. A share link is a public read-only page anyone with the URL can open. Sharing to a user grants a specific teammate real access through an invite-and-accept flow. See the sharing doc.

Ownership

Organization ownership can be transferred from the team settings page. Data is scoped to the organization at the database level, so members only ever see their own workspace.
